The staff were all friendly. When we got to our room, my husband had to go to the bathroom and when he flushed the toilet, it kept running. He tried to fix it, but it needed a new part. I went to the front desk and the clerk had someone come fix it within 5 minutes. Very happy with the quick maintenance service! The BED, Oh my...so very comfortable. I believe it was a new bed, so cozy and not broken down on the sides or the end (foot) of the matress.
